Erin Clancy

Erin has established herself within the fitness industry as one of the leading female strength and conditioning coaches. She has worked with all levels of fitness from the every day athlete, those living with chronic medical conditions to olympic and national level athletes. Erin is always striving to gain more knowledge for herself and to share with others.

Boxing Coach

Sem Kakemmbo

Sem not only takes our punch class but opens himself up to taking on one on one sessions. If you want to learn boxing, Muay Thai — kickboxing or any form of MMA, then get in touch for technical coaching. This kid is on the path to doing huge things in the MMA game, and we are humbled to have his expertise at Empower.


Samantha Amore

Sam has a huge passion for helping people connect their mind and body like they never have before. Join her for a class or one on one training at Empower Club to feel lengthened and aligned with classic mat pilates.

Shaun Campbell

Strength and conditioning for people of all fitness levels is Shaun's bread and butter. With years of experience as a senior football coach, he knows how to increase the health and fitness of people from all different backgrounds. 

Zana Maguiness

Zana is one of the most respected, educated and experienced female trainers in the industry. She has an extensive background working with all different types of people from exercise rehab right through to strength and conditioning. Her infectious nature and passion for her work is clearly demonstrated every time she walks through the door.

From building raw strength to athletic performance and rehab, Kris has got you covered. Well known as the gentleman of the industry, he is sure to make sure his clients are his number one priority.

Evolved Physio

Sally Blake

Sally is a highly experienced physio who has worked in sports clubs and private practice clinics across Sydney and Melbourne treating a variety of injuries across a diverse range of clients. She has completed additional training in dry needling and enjoys using her versatile skill set to treat all types of musculoskeletal injuries.


Sally’s belief in physiotherapy as a tool to empower people to be active in their own injury management led her to establish Evolved Physio. Creating a welcoming and inclusive physiotherapy clinic, Sally has a true focus on achieving better results for her patients. Extended 1—to—1 consultation times ensure that each patient has more time with their therapist.
